The purpose to provide a holistic overview projection of the development model of today economies makes inevitable the in-depth analyse of ongoing in the energy market and relate infrastructure.

In the last period, the strategic development of energy sector in the Europe is rising up – with the same intensity of twenty years before – a complex interdisciplinary debate. This time it correspond to the upcoming of new challenges – that revise the paradigm of integration of the intermittent resources in national and regional level and the reaches of the climate global goal – with long effect to the strategic development of the EU integrate energy market.

The here studies research topics reflect in the objectives work programme of the Albania Centre for Energy Regulation and Conservation - ACERC. The findings of the final reports, are open to all parties interested in the develop of liberalisation and regional integration.
