Indeed the climate change knows no borders. With the 2020 and 2030 targets, there is a European vision that has been decided upon along with the Member States for an efficient, low, carbon, competitive energy system. To achieve that vision, energy stakeholders, public authorities and the European citizens need to work together and share best practice to better promote secure, clean and efficient energy solutions and give them a European dimension.

Renewable energy sources have to eventually replace fossil fuels, and Europe’s energy consumption needs to embrace smarter and more efficient choices to reach Europe’s new energy targets. EUSEW 2015 will focus on energy sustainability towards 2030.
